Refund & Exchange Policy

Please read our rules for returns and exchanges below:

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. We only offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchange Policy

You can only exchange an item if:

  • The product is damaged when you receive it.
  • You received the wrong item.

How to Request an Exchange:

Report within 24 hours: You must message us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. You must send clear photos of the damaged or wrong item.

Return within 72 hours: You must ship the item back to us within 72 hours.

Proof of Shipping: Send us a photo of the courier slip once you have posted the item.

Delivery Charges: If the mistake is ours, we will pay the delivery charges for both sides.

No Exchange or Return for:

Change of Mind: We do not exchange items if you simply changed your mind or want a different style/color.

Customized Products: Items made specially for you (custom orders) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Used Items: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
